Anybody attending the Capital Pride Parade in DC on Saturday, June 8 should be on the lookout! There will be a group of UUs from various congregations in our area walking in the parade. Be sure to cheer them on! Additionally, the Capital Pride Festival takes place on Sunday, June 9. Because that’s also the day of our annual meeting, AUUC and TAC aren’t formally making the trip into DC this year as a group. But we hope those of you attending festivities in DC that weekend have a wonderful time full of rainbows, support, affirmation, joy, and pride!
