AUUC’s Outreach Collection for August is for VOICE, Virginians Organized for Interfaith Community Engagement. The focus this year is Youth and Family Behavioral Health in Fairfax County. VOICE and its key allies will focus on passing groundbreaking housing reform on the state level during the 2025 General Assembly which will make it dramatically easier for houses of worship to build desperately needed affordable housing on their land.

Donations may be made online through the AUUC website anytime during the month; click Donate, then check “Monthly Outreach Offerings.” Donations of cash and checks may be placed in the collection basket during the Sunday service. Or you may mail a check to AUUC; make checks payable to AUUC with a note ‘outreach’ in the memo line.

Outreach collections are sponsored by the Social Justice Committee.
