NORTHERN VIRGINIA PRIDE FESTIVAL

Saturday, October 1, 2016     Noon-9:00 p. m.

Bull Run Special Events Center, Centreville, VA

This is a family friendly event with field games, picnic tables, a photo booth, vendors, music stages, karaoke, prizes and games for the whole family, including an off-leash pooch park for canine attendees.  Schedules permitting, visitors will be able to see Fairfax County Fire and Rescue Service vehicles and an FCPD helicopter up “close and personal” and talk to the first responders who staff them.

And do stop by the Northern Virginia UU congregations’ tent!

Free transportation to and from the Vienna Metro station (orange line) will be available all day, and plenty of free parking will be available at the event site.

BUT WAIT!!  BETTER YET, TAKE ADVANTAGE OF A ONE-SHOT, ENJOYABLE SERVICE OPPORTUNITY WHILE YOU VISIT THE FESTIVAL!

Meet UUs from other Northern Virginia congregations and chat with inquiring folks who drop by the UU tent.  Sign up at here for a one- or two-hour shift, hosting at the tent.  [You already meet the requirements for this fun job as a UU ambassador!]
