The Accotink Unitarian Universalist Church (AUUC) building was dedicated in 1995. It is surrounded by several acres and includes gardens, meadows, a wooded area with trails, a playground, and parking areas.

The Building and Grounds Committee oversees the physical assets of the church, and identifies, plans, and arranges the completion of necessary and/or desirable  maintenance, repair, and improvement activities to protect and enhance those assets.
