Information about all Nominated Organizations will be distributed to the Congregation prior to the next Congregational Meeting. At which point voting for that Church Year’s Outreach Recipients will take place.

Below are the volunteer commitments, you MUST agree to make upon your organization being selected. Please choose as many as you feel are appropriate to your personal schedule, as well as the needs of your Outreach Recipient.
- Spearhead publicity (ie. Newsletter Articles, This Week at Accotink Announcements, Order of Service Inserts and other Announcements, Wrap-Up/Thank You Articles)
- Work with organization to arrange for a speaker on the day of the Outreach Collection
- Coordinate speaker plans in advance with AUUC Staff, Leadership and all appropriate parties.
- Assist with counting money and completing monetary collection form
