“When witches go riding and black cats are seen, the Moon laughs and says ’tis near Halloween!

Don’t miss Accotink’s Halloween service and Trunk or Treat party on Sunday October 25th!

Join us for AUUC’s annual Trunk-or-Treat in the parking lot following worship. Pizza and a movie will follow in the sanctuary.

Come in costume as Sacred Wheel tells you Stuff You Never Knew about the spookiest time of the year!

Costumed kids will Trick or Treat for Unicef, so come prepared with coins to fill their boxes. RE will be Halloween fun during the adult part of this service, and please consider participating in Trunk or Treat after coffee and Halloween snacks: park your car in the closer spots and open your (maybe decorated) candy-filled trunk to the younglings, for the best and safest Trick-or-Treat ever.

We’ll also have an Ancestor Altar; bring photos and mementos of loved ones to honor their spirits during the service, which shall be overseen by the Witches of Accotink! So come in costume yourself, bring friends and family, and get into the spirit!
