Climate optimism is often described as a declaration of hope that we can take steps to care for Earth; it also includes actions that are aligned with that declaration of hope. Grounding ourselves in practices such as gratitude and curiosity can allow us the space to be in relationship with Earth. Drawing from the wisdom of Robin Wall Kimmerer, we can both care for and be held by Earth.
