The practice of gratitude serves to remind us of the many gifts that life offers us. The practice is not meant to stop there. Once we are filled with gratitude and the awareness of our interdependence with other people and the Earth, the practice continues as we respond to this abundance by sharing the gift. As the UU hymn puts it, if we don’t share the gifts “the very founts of love for us will soon be parched and dried.” Join us as we explore how gratitude can grow into generosity, abundance, and joy.
For Reflection: “How does gratitude change the way you feel inside? And how does that change how you act?“
