Pledge Campaign 2026
Pledge Campaign 2026: Building a House for Hope
Submit Your Pledge Feb. 15 – March 29, 2026
Our Goals & Targets
We want to be financially stable to continue supporting our wonderful staff and developing programs and community outreach and engagement opportunities. Our primary and most significant source of funding is pledged donations (75%). Other sources of income (25%) include rentals, auction fundraising, plate collections, and grants. The annual pledge campaign helps the Board and Financial leaders determine support for staff and programs. Over half of the church expenses is directed toward staff salaries, benefits, and professional development to support our ministry, pastoral care, spiritual development, music, and administrative needs. Another 30% covers building loans, insurance, and operations, and the remainder is used for repairs, consumables, and discretionary support of affiliated programs.

Pledging
As community owners of this church, it is our responsibility to provide the financial support to maintain the operational expenses of this ministry. Every contribution is important. A pledge during the campaign indicates how much you think you will be able to contribute to AUUC during the next program year from July 2026 to June 2025. Your contribution can be made in any frequency such as a lump sum, monthly, quarterly, or biannually. The UUA recommends that church members contribute between 2% and 10% of household adjusted income (accounting for unexpected major expenses and income).
More information on how to pledge during the campaign is forthcoming.
Questions can be directed to pledge@accotinkuu.org.
Our Commitment
As expressed in our mission statement, we live our commitment to UU values by being a welcoming and inclusive spiritual home, by being a community where we care for each other, by providing rich opportunities for spiritual practices that help us to keep our spirits up and our hearts open, and by promoting justice through our advocacy work. Your generous contribution sustains everything we do together!
No matter what level you pledge, the AUUC Board, the Minister, and the Pledge Team are grateful for your contribution.
