Bio 

Dr. Ricardo O. Sánchez is a clinical mental health counselor, cross-cultural consultant, author, and adjunct professor at George Mason University specializing in immigrant integration, workplace inclusion, and trauma-informed leadership. As a former undocumented immigrant, he brings lived experience and professional insight to help organizations bridge cultural divides and foster belonging. Dr. Sánchez collaborates with businesses, universities, and nonprofit organizations to cultivate culturally responsive and emotionally supportive environments for immigrant and multicultural teams. He is the founder of the Border Talks series—an initiative that facilitates transformative dialogue aimed at humanizing the immigrant experience, shifting dominant narratives, and promoting systemic change.
